Mobility Partner Manager

We are looking for a person to help develop and grow our partner network related to Mobility services. You will get a key role in the Mobility team, ensuring that we can deliver simple, smart and sustainable charging services for EV drivers together with our existing and new partners. You are business oriented, analytical and fast paced. Cross-functional collaboration should be second nature to you and you can work well with both tech and sales.

This is a permanent full-time position with a lot of opportunity to shape the role. We have huge growth ambitions for our Mobility services, and this role will be vital for ensuring success in the Nordics and Europe. You will be onboarded directly into our existing partnerships and start developing new partnerships.

Your main responsibilities will be:

- Manage existing partnerships, ensuring that we are able to successfully develop and grow existing partnerships
- Conduct market research and develop strategies to find and manage new partnerships
- Lead the work of securing new CPO (charge point operator) partnerships
- Lead the work of securing other new partnerships
- Liaise with partner managers, and similar roles, in other parts of Fortum to facilitate synergies in partner relationships, offering & similar
- Contribute to tasks and projects across the Mobility team, we are a small team working tightly together to ensure our joint success


You are:

- A problem solver with grit and entrepreneurial spirit
- You enjoy working with people and are a good negotiator and communicator.
- You are strategically and commercially oriented and can work together with different teams (such as sales, marketing, tech) to find solutions that drive value for our customers
- Analytical and data oriented. You can actively gather, analyze and create recommendations based on both quantitative and qualitative data
- You are comfortable with navigating in a large organization and at gathering people from different backgrounds around a common target


We appreciate:

- Higher education / M.Sc within areas like economics, engineering is a plus, but can be outweighed by relevant work experience
- Relevant work experience can be, but not limited to, sales , managing partnerships, working in startups, consultancy work
- Experience from mobility/EV business is an advantage, but not a must
- Experience from digital consumer services is preferred
- Professional proficiency in English




Location:

We have campuses in Oslo, Kristiansand, Stockholm, Gothenburg, Espoo, Gdansk and Barcelona. You can be based at any of these. We have a hybrid work model and you will work with people from all our campuses. You will have a lot of flexibility to work remotely, but it’s good to meet as well, so some work travel will be required.
