An exciting opportunity has arisen with a leading Investment Bank for an Equity Sales to join their Nordic desk. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious, self motivated individual with a natural flare for sales.
Your challange:
Conducting B2B equity sales with Nordic institutional clients on a daily basis.
Drive the research of Nordic publicly listed firms into an effective sales pitch
Support the ECM desk with coverage & sales of new primary listings in the Nordics
Working alongside the international trading desk
Actively winning new business and meeting required sales targets
Engaging and socialising with clients to retain business and boost sales
Your profile:
Outstanding academic history
Minimum 3 years of equity sales experience from London, Frankfurt, New York or other international markets
Splendid knowledge of Nordic equities with bias on Danish, Norwegian and Finish equities
Existing client base of institutions in Finland, Norway, Denmark and Sweden is a must
Experienced in pitching ECM driven business in strong cooperation with the research team
Have knowledge of, and a strong interest in financial markets
Highly motivated, ambitious and self driven, being able to meet sales targets
Fluent English and one Nordic language is mandatory
