Do you have a few years of experience working within finance or business administration in an international environment? Are you an efficient and proactive person with high integrity? Then this could be something for you! We at Adecco are looking for a driven Office Manager to our client within management consulting in Gothenburg.
About the position
We are looking for a highly organized, skilled and dynamic person to provide finance, admin and office support to the management team of our customer. If you are a process driven, forward thinking and proactive, and you are able to pre-empt problems and implement effective solutions you are ready for this challenge.
Responsibilities for this position include the proactive ownership of finance administration, office management and being the interface towards our key stakeholders. You will also support the CEO and the Partner Group. You manage the office and ensure all duties are completed in an organized and timely manner. You report to the CEO.
Who are you?
We believe the successful candidate has experience from working with finance and administration in a dynamic and high performing business environment. You are fluent in English and Swedish.

· Good at planning & organization.
Your responsibilities includes:
· Managing the complete process within finance administration such as the project time reporting system, customer/project order handling, invoicing, account receivables and account payables
· Being the request office including handling of Fieldglass etc
· Handling personnel related topics such as onboarding of new employees
· Responsible for the office including suppliers, purchasing of office supplies and secure a professional office environment
· Managing and coordinating the business car pool administration
· Creating and maintaining different types of business reports on a regular basis
· Managing and maintaining our IT and communication infrastructure incl the outsourced service to our IT supplier
· You are responsible and key user for our intranet
Your qualifications:
· Minimum 5 years´ experience of work within finance and business administration in an international environment
· Fluent in spoken and written English and Swedish
· Excellent knowledge in Office 365 (especially Excel)
