Do you have previous experience working with digital business development and optimization? Are you looking for a position where you develop and implement solutions to improve the digital customer experience? We are now looking for a Omni Operations Specialist to our head office, located in central Gothenburg.

Your role in our team.   You are a part of our Global Sales Organisation, working in the Sales Operations Department. This department is responsible for maximising the global sales, defining KPI’s and profitability in all Lindex sales channels, by a digital first mindset. We develop, implement and optimize sales operations in all sales channels with the common goal to optimize the customer experience to reach set sales goals.

Here are some examples of work tasks: As Omni Operations Specialist, you analyse needs and demands from the business and customers and translate into requirements for development of tools, software or routines. You participate in in optimization, development, implementation of and follow-up of the digital customer experience. You work in a larger cross functional team to improve all parts of the operations to maximize sales, defined KPI’s, customer experience and profitability. As a Omni Operations Specialist you are expected to cover multiple areas to some degree and specialize in one or two on a global level for all Lindex markets.

You are passionate about digital transformation. Also, this probably sounds like you:

Post-graduate degree within business administration, IT or similar
Previous work experience, minimum 5 years, from digital business development
Experience of project management and change management at a global group/brand
Experience of agile working method and systems such as Jira, Confluence or similar
English and Swedish both written and spoken
