Open Source Community Manager

We are looking for a passionate and creative Open-Source Community Manager to join our global team here in Stockholm.
Your future role
As Open-Source Community Manager you will work with promoting EMQ products and telling our story to customers and the community. You will play a meaningful role and have many points of contact both internally and externally. You will act as team lead and help your team with various projects and tasks. From the start you will work strategically and hands-on to develop and implement long- and short-term digital strategies. As Open-Source Community Manager you will collaborate different stakeholders to make sure we communicate our message accordingly and increase our market presence.
· Analyze and report social media data and delivery performance
· Manage social media accounts
· Project lead and help the development team to organize community events
· Work together with marketing and development team to create outstanding content
Who you are
To be successful in this role we believe you have a great interest for marketing, social media and IT/IoT. You do not need to know everything about IT/IoT, but you are eager and curious to learn. Since the role included many points of contact you have great communication skills and a positive mindset. You have the ability to plan and prioritize your work and have an eye for details. You enjoy working in an environment where you meet and collaborate with different people and cultures.
· Minimum 2 years of experience from being a team lead
· Minimum 2 years of experience working with social media
· Knowledge and background from IT/IoT
· Excellent English skills, both written and verbal
