Job description
We are looking for an Operations Manager to join our customer's Tribe Operations Team. Our customer is operative within the music streaming industry. As the Operations Manager, you'll be heavily support and contribute to our organisational ways of working.The Operations managers plan, coordinate and execute tribe communication, within and outside the tribe. You communicate strategies and priority of work and tribe specific events.
We need someone who can start in May and stay until the end of December 2022. The position is located from Stockholm office or remote.

Responsibilities
What you’ll do:
The Operations Manager has 3 main areas of responsibility; Planning Work, Communication and Tribe Rhythm.
The Quarterly planning takes place around the last 5 weeks of a quarter, for the upcoming quarter. Your work is to support the teams and all levels in the Tribe with structure, identifying internal and external dependencies on the teams and resolving blockers.
The Operations managers plan, coordinate and execute tribe communication, within and outside the tribe. You communicate strategies and priority of work and tribe specific events.
The Rhythm is our cadence for important mission and tribe events. It’s how we plan for the year in a way that allows us to align our own important events and aligning to the Rhythm. Your work is to support, communicate and suggest improvements to the Rhythm.
Qualifications
Who you are:

You are a “do-er”, willing to work hands-on including stepping in to work directly with a development team when and if needed.
You are self motivated with a strong focus on delivery of user value.
You have proven track record of indirect leadership
You sincerely like working with people from all backgrounds and places
You have 3+ years of documented experience in Operations Management like roles
You have experience in working hand on in Jira and or Coda
You have a validated ability to influence decision-making at all levels within an organisation, and in a variety of contexts
You are well organised with phenomenal attention to detail.
You are open to travel, but this role does not require frequent travel
You are an excellent communicator in English, whether it be in words or in writing.
