About the job.

You will be part of our Global Supply Chain team and together with your team and colleagues you will be responsible for Polariums sales order management. You will continuously develop the areas within launches, order patterns and forecast together with your team and colleagues. You will also be a vital contributor to evaluate and assess the need for extending/re-build the supply chain to grow business.

As an Order and Delivery Manager your team is the primary customer logistic contact and in charge of ensuring not only deliveries but also correct stock levels in accordance with the forecast. You will be responsible for identifying and initiating process development together with our customers and with the rest of the supply organization.

In your daily work you will handle sales order management and communication, demand execution, solve order related transactions deviations, follow-up on Value Added Services (certifications, export-documents, labelling, repacking, etc.) assignments with the warehouse, follow-up and review the orders on hand, backlog and invoicing, follow-up on and reduce logistics cost and structure as well as secure the supply deliverables.

About you.

You are experienced in the field of order management and logistics and have an excellent understanding of end-to-end supply chain. You also have prior experience from working with both imports and exports and all modes of transport. Since you will lead your own team, your personality and experience as a people leader is important to us. We think you have been active across multiple transportation modes (road, rail, sea, and air), and engaged with sales, understanding of warehousing, in-house as well as 3PL-operated. Preferably you have a university degree in economics or science or equivalent vocational education preferably within logistics or supply chain.

Important is also that you:

- have experience from ERP-systems
- are fluent in English, oral and written, Spanish and Swedish is a plus
- master Excel

It is an advantage if you have previous experience from Dangerous Goods.
