What you will do:
You are part of the team who are responsible for delivering the monthly salary to employees on an International Assignment and supporting the employee in all wage-related issues related to the assignment.

Besides the scope of work mention above, you will:

* Process the day-to-day running of payrolls for several countries within the regions EMEA, APAC and Americas. You will have a main responsibility for one of the Regions.
* Ensure all data is received and processed in a timely manner in compliance with rules and regulations. This includes regular salaries, compensation changes, bonuses, benefits etc.
* Work closely with the rest of the Global Mobility team and internal and international partners such as PX, Compensation & Benefits, Finance and Line Managers as well as our external Global Mobility partners to make sure international assignments and relocations are correctly reflected and administered in the systems. 
* Support in reconciling expenses and cost recharges with different countries and liaising with our Finance colleagues where appropriate, as part of your work will also be to work with accounting.


Your skills:
We believe you have a university degree in Finance or equivalent and experience with payroll or related business. You are familiar with tax and insurance related issues from an international environment.

In your professional life, you have obtained excellent computer skills in MS office, especially Excel. You are able to communicate in both written and spoken Swedish and English.
