The Compensation & Benefits department's overall objective is to effectively support Sandvik's business with competence, knowledge and structure within this area.This entails working with global compensation and benefit structures, salary management, salary review, position evaluation, variable pay, pensions, insurances and other relevant benefits, as well as market statistics related to these subjects.In addition, International Assignments is also part of the Compensation & Benefits department's responsibility.Compensation & Benefits is part of Group Staff Human Resources. Key performance areas The Compensation and Benefit department, which today consists of four people and is based in Sandviken, is now looking for a person to take on the responsibility for International Assignments.The position will mainly focus on International Assignments, but will also work on a variety of tasks related to other areas within Compensation and Benefits globally.Main responsibilities: . Main responsibilities will be carried out in close collaboration with Sandvik's different business areas . Overall responsibility for policy, contracts and offerings for Sandvik's 250 expatriates . Calculation and communication of compensation offerings . Ensuring relevant system support within the International Assignment area . Responsibility for and the handling of pensions and insurances for expatriates . Be a part of and assist in other areas within Group Compensation and Benefits Your Profile: .Relevant university degree . Analytical mindset . Experience in international tax is especially preferred . Experience in working with International Assignments within a business area or global company/consultancy firm . Fluent in oral and written English . Master in the Microsoft office package and good overall computer knowledge Business travel for various assignments in the Sandvik global organization will be a necessity in this position.
