VH assistans employs 1000 personal assistants all over Sweden. To work as a personal assistant means that you make sure that the assistance is of good quality based on the governing laws intentions, that is, that people with disabilities should be given the opportunity for participation and independence in society.

VH assistans recruits and trains personal assistants to work with individuals entitled to personal assistance in Sweden. Currently VH assistans is looking for new personal assistants to join our team. We are exploring the possibility to invite persons within the EU/EES interested in working abroad to work at our company in Sweden.
The personal assistants workplace is wherever the person with the right to personal assistance is located. Right now we are looking for someone to work with a woman.

I'm an active person that loves animals and to travel. As a personal assistant in my team you should be flexible in what locations you work at, and that you have no quarrels working with, and in, an environment that includes animals. The applicant should be someone who has the mindset to find solutions instead of seeing problems.

I travel a lot by car, so you have to own a drivers license and be comfortable driving long distances. You also have to be able to be able to communicate in English or Swedish. Sometimes the job includes long working hours, so I'm looking for a person that is okay with that.

Since I'm in need of assistance with everything, I only accept applications from females, preferably at the age of 35+. Life experience is a plus.

It would be appreciated if you shared my interest for home improvements, cooking and baking.

Other qualities I value are that you are good at paying attention to details, a problem solver, flexible, self-motivated, involved in your work and that you don't smoke.

Your workplace is wherever I find myself, for example, at home, my work, on holiday or on any recreational activity.
