As the portfolio and risk manager you will be supporting and driving the setting up and analyzing the project portfolio reporting of the Gen-led Division Industrial Gas Turbines.



Ansvarsområden
You will be driving digitalization in reporting and in the use of digital tools such as Project Dash, Tableau and Alteryx.
You will work closely with the management of the Global Customer Operation IGT function.
Furthermore, you are largely responsible for the creation of the management reporting for the global customer business of Generation Industrial Gas Turbines.
You will work with key topics such as Project Forecasting, Quality assurance of financial data, Project Risks and Opportunities and their impact on the main financial KPIs.
For this you will work closely together with colleagues in Sweden, United States, Germany, United Kingdom, but also with other colleagues around the world.
You will also support the CFO Industrial Gas Turbines on key issues and special projects.

Kvalifikationer
You have a Bachelor or master’s degree in business administration (or an education in business administration with proven professional experience in the environment)
You have experience as of working in a project business in the industry or infrastructure sector.
You are the driving force, ambitious and have a good ability to work in a team and ability to cope with high workloads when such situations may occur. You know what to prioritize and take responsibility, are detailed when it is needed and make sure to deliver on time and with the right quality.
You like to work with various IT Tools and Data. You have very good experience working in MS Excel. Knowledge in Tableau and Alteryx is very helpful. Knowledge in SAP Atlas and in the PD2 System is an advantage.
You can communicate in English, both oral and written. Other languages are meritoriou
