Portfolio Lead, Trading & Capital Markets (TCM) Portfolio, GPA BIO

- Join GPA BIO as Portfolio Lead for the TCM Portfolio

- Lead the work with maintaining the TCM Portfolio Roadmap

- Work with diverse groups of people as you develop and facilitate portfolio management work on both operational and strategic level

- Work closely together with an enthusiastic community of Portfolio Leads, continuously striving to develop and improve ways of working

- Drive the investment planning process in close collaboration with product managers, business owners and CFO

- Drive, develop and facilitate the portfolio level execution of the set investment plan for the TCM Portfolio

- Be a key player gathering stakeholders to manage and optimize prioritization

- Manage and optimize the flow of value through the TCM Portfolio by facilitating the Portfolio refinement processes, events and tools such as Portfolio Mgmt meetings, Portfolio Kanban, Portfolio strategic direction, Cross-portfolio alignment, epic owner syncs etc

- Coach and support in Portfolio management mindset and practices

- Ensure TCM Portfolio governance

- Collaborate with Portfolio Leads in other portfolios to align and improve our ways of working
