Job description of the function:

- Prepare and submit 3WLA to AECOM & JV

- Manpower & equipment report (to JV PC & HSE)

- Daily concrete pour report updates to progress drawings

- Site Visit - Structures, progress photos

- Weekly report - Structures progress drawings update

- Weekly report - PMS Tracker Update - Structure

- Weekly report - Primavera - Structures Progress Update

- Weekly report - Out of sequence activities correction and record on change log

- Weekly report - Histogram - concrete - Rev CD.

- Weekly report - Missing Elements, individual structures histogram

- Weekly report - Procurement log

- Weekly report - Dashboard information - Quantities update, Issues/risks/actions, highlights of the week, progress commentary

- Critical activities next week, charts update, HSE update

- Structures - Concrete 3 Week Look Ahead analysis for Quantity

- Structure- 3 weeks look ahead & Pour report analysis

- Handing over/snags report

- Monitoring against agreed milestones and Rev CD working program

- Any other supporting for report as required

Educational Background:

- Civil Engineer or equivalent

Work experience (number of years):

- Minimum 5 years of experience in the construction industry

Competencies:

- Strong analytical, business logic and problem resolution skills

- Strong oral and written communication skills

- English language written and oral
