To support Mölnlycke’s next level of growth, and further develop the way we work in the Finance, IT and People/HR functions, Mölnlycke is establishing a new Global Business Services centre (GBS). The GBS was launched on June 1st and is located at the Mölnlycke headquarters in Gothenburg, to be complemented by two regional hubs: one in Americas and one in APAC.
To further build our Global Business Service centre (GBS) at our HQ in Gothenburg, we are currently recruiting for a Global Process Developer, Account-To-Report (ATR) . The Account to Report organization in GBS holds the end-to-end process ownership for the AtR process and performs the day-to-day general accounting activities as well as monthly and year-end closings and financial reporting for legal entities served by the GBS. As a Global Process Developer, you will work closely with the Account-to-Report process owner to continuously improve and develop the end-to-end Account to Report (ATR) process, together with all functions involved, in order to gain efficiencies and secure internal control.

Key Accountabilities:
Work closely with the ATR process owner to drive simplification, standardization, automation, and self-service across the global ATR process organization
Continuously map, understand and analyze the ATR process flows and operational procedures to identify areas of improvement and harmonization opportunities.
Cooperate with the other GPDs in the GBS to set a framework for documentation and for how to run improvements
Work closely with the executing part of the ATR organization in order to capture, identify and implement improvement opportunities
Cooperate with the global IT organization and other relevant stakeholders to find technical tools, software and systems supporting process flow optimization where needed
Keeping up-to-date with general developments in the area of ATR through monitoring of external trends in the market

Qualifications:
University degree – Bachelor/Master in accounting, finance or business administration
Minimum 3-5 years’ of experience of process development/business optimization in an international environment
Good understanding of SAP ERP
Proven track record in formulating and conveying instructions and knowledge (communication skills)
General understanding of process automation through IT enabled solutions

To succeed in this role you must have/be:
The ability think holistically to understand and manage complex cross functional processes as well as communicating with a number of stakeholders and interfaces.
Excellent analytical skills, capable of turning data into meaningful information and presentations
Business partnering profile; a good listener with a good understanding of general business issues
A self-motivated and self-directed team player
Process & systems oriented, taking time to understand best practice and trends
