Do you want to drive operational excellence and shape the future ways of working in a high-performing manufacturing environment?
We are now looking for a Process Improvement Manager who will play a key role in strengthening our performance and building a culture of continuous improvement at our site in Sävsjö.

About Skruf
Skruf Snus began manufacturing snus in 2002 and has since maintained an innovative approach, continually challenging the industry to become a centre of excellence in the production of market-leading snus.
As part of Imperial Brands – one of the world’s largest tobacco companies with approximately 26,000 employees across more than 119 markets – you will work in a dynamic and international environment where development and innovation are at the core.
The Role
In this role, you report to the Factory Manager and are a key member of the site leadership team. You will be responsible for driving the implementation, development, and long-term sustainability of our operational excellence system (IOS – Imperial Operating System).
You will play a critical role in translating strategic objectives into structured ways of working, driving continuous improvement, and building a high-performing organization through coaching, governance, and cross-functional collaboration.
This is a position with significant impact, where you will influence both the strategic direction and the day-to-day performance across the site.
Your Tasks

Lead and develop the implementation of IOS and ensure standardized ways of working

Establish and sustain Daily Management Systems (DMS), including KPI tracking and escalation processes

Drive a cultural transformation towards operational excellence and continuous improvement

Lead loss elimination and root cause problem-solving activities

Build organizational capability through coaching, training, and competence development

Ensure sustainability in processes, standards, and visual management systems

Monitor and improve KPIs across safety, quality, delivery, cost, and productivity

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to strengthen site performance and reliability

Promote a strong safety culture where employee health and well-being are always a priority

Your Profile

University degree in Engineering, Operations, or a related field

Experience from a manufacturing environment, preferably within FMCG

Strong knowledge of Operational Excellence, IWS, Lean, TPM, or similar systems

Experience in change management and capability building

Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset

Project management experience

Ability to coach and influence at all levels of the organization

Solid understanding of health and safety practices

Fluent in English; Swedish is considered an advantage

Who you are
In this role, your mindset and behaviors are just as important as your experience and skills. We are looking for someone who not only drives results, but also contributes to a strong and inclusive culture.
You are open-minded, collaborative, and bring your authentic self to work. You thrive in a changing environment and see opportunities where others see challenges – and you turn them into action. You are curious and not afraid to test new ideas, understanding that learning is just as important as succeeding.
You take ownership, hold yourself accountable, and have the confidence to challenge the status quo in a constructive way. You believe that strong collaboration is key to sustainable performance and that success is something we create together.
Finally, you understand that everything we do starts with the consumer. You take pride in contributing to high-quality products and continuously improving how we deliver value to our consumers.
What we offer
