PRODUCT ADMIN MANAGER FOR ONLINE SHOE STORE BRANDOS is a leader in European footwear sales online.We offer one of Europe's largest ranges of footwear for men, women, and children with thousands of different styles from hundreds of well-known quality brands.BRANDOS is present in seven countries: Belgium, Denmark, Finland, Germany, the Netherlands, Norway, and Sweden. We have grown fast in the past and we have high expectations for the growth ahead of us.To achieve our targets we are now recruiting a Product Admin Manager to lead our Product Admin department. The position means an overall responsibility for all work within our product administration, including work such as: * Registering large volumes of article info in all our languages * Large volume product photography and image processing * Registering purchase orders * Handling communication and processes with our warehouse * Managing all staff in product admin (now 4 people) * Quality assurance of all work in the department * Handling various parts of our logistics We want you to have the following profile: * Relevant university degree, preferably within logistics and quality assurance * Strong ability to find structure and define processes * A very strong command of your native language and an interest in other languages * Preferably previous experience in managing staff * Preferably knowledge/experience in logistics and quality assurance As Product Admin Manager you are part of the company?s management and reports to the CEO.The position is based at our headquarters in central Stockholm.
