Responsibilities:
As a Product Manager for Marketing Technology, you will play a crucial role in our product organization by spearheading the development and implementation of cutting-edge marketing solutions. Working closely with diverse teams including marketing, product development, and technology, you will leverage your expertise to understand business requirements, identify opportunities, and deliver innovative marketing technology products. Your primary objective will be to enhance marketing efficiency, effectiveness, and customer experience by harnessing the power of technology platforms and tools. In addition you responsibilities will be:
Define and oversee the roadmap for marketing technology products based on market trends, business objectives, and customer needs.
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging technologies, trends, and best practices in marketing.
Collaborate with marketing stakeholders to understand their goals, pain points, and requirements, translating them into actionable product features and improvements.
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including technology and development, to prioritize, plan, and execute the development and implementation of marketing technology solutions.
Manage the entire product lifecycle, from conceptualization and requirements gathering to product launch, adoption, and ongoing enhancements.
Cultivate strong relationships with external technology vendors and partners, leveraging their expertise and integrating their solutions into our marketing technology stack.
Establish and track key performance metrics for marketing technology products, providing regular reports and insights to stakeholders.
Conduct user testing and gather feedback to continuously enhance the usability and functionality of marketing technology solutions.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory changes in the marketing technology space, incorporating them into product strategies and roadmaps.
Collaborate with marketing teams to develop training materials and provide guidance on effective utilization of marketing technology tools and platforms.

You have great skills in influencing others, at all levels within the organization and you can effectively communicate your ideas and drive change in dynamic environment. In addition to this, we’re looking for someone who has:
Bachelor's degree in marketing, computer science, business administration, or a related field (master's degree is a plus).
Proven experience (7+ years) in Product Management Leadership or similar role, preferably in the marketing technology domain.
Strong understanding of marketing principles and practices, encompassing digital marketing, data analytics, CRM, marketing automation, and customer segmentation.
Technical background with knowledge of marketing technology platforms, including CRM systems, marketing automation tools, content management systems (CMS), analytics platforms, and data management platforms (DMP).
Familiarity with agile development methodologies and experience working in cross-functional teams.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
Analytical mindset with the ability to gather and interpret data to drive informed decision-making.
Strong project management skills, capable of prioritizing and managing multiple initiatives simultaneously.
Proactive and self-motivated, demonstrating a passion for keeping abreast of marketing technology trends and driving innovation.
