Product Manager for Wear Parts

Product Manager for Wear Parts

Arbetsbeskrivning

Within Sandvik Group, we are passionate about development and advanced technology, and we always aim to offer the best possible experience for our customers. Right now, we are taking an exciting step in transforming our market-leading business even further within the area of stone crushers and screening equipment for the mining and construction industries. We do this by founding an independent, growth-oriented and customer-centric Business Area by the name of Sandvik Rock Processing Solutions. A place of inclusive collaboration, agility and innovation - where we nurture an ever-growing portfolio of products and solutions based on the needs of the market, and where pioneering software technology meets the core of manufacturing.

For a versatile and exciting job within our Life Cycle Services department for Parts and Services in Svedala, we are now looking for a curious and customer-oriented Product Manager to join a devoted team. Going forward, this is a highly valuable position for us where you get the freedom and opportunity to make your mark on our business. We welcome you to a stimulating and collaborative environment that offers great possibility for self-development!

Your mission – coordinate resources to build and maintain a competitive product portfolio
You are the link between our front line and back line using your exceptional communicative skills to specify needs from your department in order to develop and maintain a competitive product market portfolio. Understanding the whole supply chain and our customers’ needs is key to your success, and by collaborating with your team and networking with internal and external stakeholders and customers, you build a high level of understanding and competence in all parts connected to our business. With a dynamic leadership, you lead and inspire your team in progressing in our development and achieving our goals.

By managing our product roadmap - keeping an eye on market trends and analyzing our competitive landscape - you decide what products should be included in our portfolio. You are also responsible for ensuring that product specifications, options and pricing are aligned throughout our products, and you develop and communicate the customer value proposition for the product portfolio. As Product Manager, monthly travelling is a natural part of your job.

Your character – an inspiring business leader with the ability to get everyone onboard
We are looking for someone with a relevant degree and at least five years’ experience from working as Product Manager, or alternatively, you have previous experience from running a business. You also have experience from working with wear parts while a background working in an international environment and basic financial understanding is very beneficial in this role. We operate in an international setting, which calls for exceptional skills in English, both verbally and in writing.

We are fascinated by your can-do attitude and ability to successfully drive progress. Taking the lead, making informed decisions, prioritizing and performing your assignments in a hands-on manner goes without saying and you are perceived as a committed “doer” among your colleagues. You easily interact with other departments and stakeholders and are a driving force within the company. As a true role model, you are convincing and convey your message clearly and inspiringly, and you thrive in environments when the light is on you.

At Sandvik, we believe that diversity of experience, perspective and background leads to a better environment for our employees, our business and our customers. We’re looking forward to meeting you!
