As a pioneer of digitalisation in the industry, Aareon has for many years set the benchmark for digital networking in the property industry with its Aareon Smart World portfolio Aareon is investing heavily to further develop Aareon Smart World with a view to the future. New technologies such as artificial intelligence and virtual support help to create a high degree of automation, more comfort and thus further added value for property companies. Examples include a solution that uses drones to inspect the safety of properties or the virtual assistant “Neela” developed by Aareon to improve both process efficiency and service in the area of tenant communication.
We are now going through an exciting period of growth and are looking for a Product Marketing Manager who will work with our digital products and develop and manage product related market research, marketing and launch strategies.
As a Product Marketing Manager at Aareon you will work closely with several departments in the organization. You will support our sales department within product training, presentation and compelling demonstration. You will also create and present information about products and markets these products serve. Furthermore, you will collaborate with Product Management to outline the product positioning and also develop the market strategies by using market research and competitive analysis.
BSc/BA in Marketing, Communications or similar field
Proven experience as a Product Marketing Manager, Brand Manager or similar role
Demonstrated work experience in successful positioning and launching of differentiated software products (B2B) that meet business objectives
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Deep understanding of how a product is sold and the channels they are sold into
Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority, especially to influence and work collaboratively with sales, marketing and product management
Experience in analyzing sales data and channel information and then create plans to improve product line sales
Fluent in both Swedish and English, verbal and writing
