We are looking for a Product Marketing Specialist. In this position you will be in charge of driving the long-term profitable growth of classical wiring accessories and installation materials within the ABB Electrification Swedish domestic sales organization. ABB:s portfolio of wiring accessories does not only consist of different design ranges of light switches and socket outlets, but also electronics such as dimmers, thermostats, USB charges etc. ABB:s portfolio of installations materials consists of many different boxes, accessories, piping materials etc. You will also be responsible for developing marketing plans and actions towards the market, that can be measured and followed up upon, in close collaboration with the Marketing Communications and Sales teams.
Reporting to the Product Marketing Director for the Smart Buildings division, you will manage the comprehensive product portfolio throughout the complete LCM chain, where sustainability is an aspect of continuously increasing importance.


Your responsibilities
Be the active link between the local market and the global product management team
Oversee the local go-to-market strategy product marketing strategy, including definition and communication of product value propositions and product positioning
Achieve product marketing targets and budget through regular oversight and definition and implementation of improvement plans
Execute annual marketing plans for the product groups
Maintain and update product data in internal and external systems
Drive sales efficiency by delivering appropriate product knowledge and training to the sales teams
Evaluate and share customer research, market conditions and competitor data



Your background
A university degree within a relevant field of study or alternatively, previous working experience with the product area or the industry
Ability to travel within Sweden 1-2 times per month and abroad 1-2 times per year
Intermediate proficiency level or higher with MS PowerPoint and Excel
Fluency in both Swedish and English
