Large Corporates & Institutions (LC&I) is the Swedbank business area designed to meet the needs of large and midsized corporates and financial institutions. This includes multinationals and other clients in need of advanced financing solutions.

The business area is also responsible for delivering corporate and capital markets products to Swedbank’s retail operations and the customers of the Swedish savings banks. LC&I operates from offices in Sweden, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Norway, Finland, the U.S., South Africa, China and Luxembourg.

About the job As Product Offering Manager your objective is to manage the development of product offering initiatives targeting different corporate customer needs and segments.

You will manage product development deliveries throughout Swedbanks various participating Business areas, ensuring that the necessary information and needed changes are in place for launch implementation.

You will take responsibility for the successful development and delivery of our offerings, as well as the cross-Swedbank communication about our product offerings, future roadmaps and how forthcoming deliveries affect our customers and solutions.

What you need to succeed You have an interest in and good understanding of corporate product offerings. You are curious and enjoy following what is happening in the market and among competitors – traditional as well as newcomers.

You have experience of business development and to achieve a result by coordinating deliveries from different parts of a complex organization.

Collaboration in a complex, large scale, matrix organization is an environment that you are motivated by and enjoy. Identifying and taking ownership of driving necessary activities to achieve results is something that you enjoy and have proven track record of.

You often hear that you describe complex relationships in a simple understandable way and identify problems but always attach a suggestion on how to resolve it.
