To help us drive the digital agenda and improve our business, our Data Analytics department is now looking for a Program Manager to lead our digital programs and contribute to changing the future for insert manufacturing. The location for this position is globally flexible from any of our sites across the globe. International travel to our production sites in the USA, Sweden, India and Japan, is a natural part of the job.

The mission
Our overall mission is to strengthen our collaboration with customers and enable possibilities for more efficient and data driven production. Your role in this is to utilize a customer centric approach to shape business cases, lead digitalization programs, manage projects within your portfolio and securing expected results and defined added values across our production units within Inserts production. This means working closely with a variety of functions and professions across our production units to develop business cases and roll out project plans for the build - and continued evolution - of our digital portfolio. Furthermore, you perform investment analysis and risk management, and work with partner acquisitioning.

To be more specific, your work includes:

Partnering with production units to understand their objectives and develop digital project portfolio to help them meet and exceed those objectives
Translating program initiatives into actionable tasks and timeline, including needed investments, financial benefits, resources, and implementation roadmap
Facilitating the full lifecycle planning and management of digital products to ensure on-time delivery within budget and with the expected outcome
Coordinating across functions to align and drive program objectives and key results (OKRs)
Disseminating and communicating the program portfolio to Inserts productions digital portfolio manager and technology council
Monitoring trends regularly within digital manufacturing and industrial automation, production technology and manufacturing analytics to ensure we remain a state-of-the-art provider


Your profile
We’re looking for someone with solid experience in Agile project or program management with a proven track record of delivering results in the field of digitalization and industrial IoT (IIoT). You also have a background in developing and executing digitalization strategies and are used to managing programs and projects simultaneously with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment. As part of this, you’re well versed in design thinking and customer journey mapping, lean start-ups and – production as well as efficient utilization of OKRs to drive results. This, in combination with a degree in areas such as Computer Science, Information Technology, Production/Manufacturing Technology or Industrial Business Economics makes you a great fit for this role. As we operate in a global setting, you communicate effortlessly in English, while additional language skills in for example Swedish and Japanese, is a plus.
