To be successful in this role, you bring with you:
• Preferably you have worked in a transformation project or other complex and fast-paced environment before, involving cross-function and organisational stakeholder management.
• You have a good knowledge of project management processes including methods and tools; scope, time, cost, risk, quality, communication and how to integrate these processes.
• Understanding of business processes and the IKEA strategic landscape and business direction is of advantage.
• Tactical ability to identify challenges and opportunities and ability to prioritize with strong connection to business and people impact when working across functions and businesses.
• Very good command of written and verbal English, detail orientation and advanced digital knowledge of MS Office tools.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
This role is a time limited role (until end of February 2023) to contribute to an initiative called “Evergreen”. This initiative will work with organisational updates on CFF group level and Service office as well as organisational development of store and central fulfilment.
You will:
• Support the assigned project, which includes co-creating, coordinating, leading & following up, while securing progress, setting and maintaining timelines, tracking risks and performance and secure mitigation activities.
• Operational day-to-day planning & execution of project activities towards stakeholders in group functions and countries and be a trusted speaking partner.
• Work in close collaboration with stakeholders (internal, matrix & countries) to track and manage dependencies and progress of the project.
• Deliver all activities to the required quality, within the defined time, applying relevant functional competence and prepare decision material as well as progression material for key decision-making forums.
• Contribute with high quality ideas and insight to the design of processes, tools and ways of working, identifying dependencies and risks, proposing effective solutions for mitigation

Customer Fulfilment plays a fundamental part in making IKEA multichannel retailing a reality. To support IKEA in achieving business objectives, CFF acts as a customer-centric, fully integrated, process-oriented organization with an end-to-end approach. Enabling us to develop our business and deliver results across functions together with our partners.
There are no specific location demands as we will work pre-dominantly digitally in this project. The role is reporting to the Business Transformation Manager.
