Supplier Management is responsible for sourcing, contracting, and managing suppliers globally. We are on a transformation journey to create a World Class function supporting Tetra Pak’s business and growth ambitions. Within this organisation, the Transformation team supports SuM in delivering the key drivers and projects to deliver on our World Class ambitions, working closely with the Process team, we ensure we have a continuous review of our ways of working, securing buy-in, revision and adoption of the implemented changes to date.
We are now looking for a Project Manager - Transformation to join the Transformation team, both leading and supporting the ongoing transformation journey programme and supporting projects.
The position is permanent and preferably based in Lund, but other Tetra Pak locations are possible where the candidate has prior knowledge of Supplier Management.
What you will do
Work in the small, but agile transformation team, looking to support the various projects that are critical to deliver on our World Class ambitions. You will support the continuous improvement of the currently launched initiatives, as well as hunt new opportunities that we have yet to find or capatilise on.
You will ensure we have a strong overview and control on the current transformation roadmap projects that make up the bulk of the programme, as well as leading some of the projects yourself. All aspects of the transformation, hold an element of cultural change, and therefore communication and development will play a big part of the activities.

You will focus on
Deliver the Transformation activities to ensure we will fulfil our World Class promise and the supporting Return on Investments.
Ensure the programme key deliverables are on track and showing the expecting outcomes
Working closely with the Process organization to ensure the transformation is embedded within our Ways of Working

Who you are
You are structured, have a true interest and drive for the areas in scope, and have excellent communication skills. You possess the ability to both have the strategic view as well as working operationally with the team. Managing stakeholders in a professional way comes natural to you and you collaborate effectively with categories as well as expert organizations. You keep yourself hyperaware of the external environment and new effective and efficient ways of working.
You have a university degree in engineering, economics, business administration or sustainability, and working experience from Supplier Management, business transformation or similar. You have experience of working in an international environment. Experience from leading global projects and implementing change management globally are beneficial. Your English is fluent, both written and spoken.
