QA/QC Engineer (m/f/x)

For our special foundation construction project in Sweden we are looking for a committed and passionate QA/QC Engineer (m/f/x) with a focus on complex, prefabricated reinforcement cages for diaphragm walls, and are offering a limited contract of at least 4 months.


Tasks:
Perform daily material inspections at the fabrication facilities of suppliers and/or on-site in accordance with relevant specifications, drawings and Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs)
Arrange for inspection / customer approvals (of samples) / incoming materials
Collaborate with production, engineering and suppliers to resolve issues.
Initiate Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) for defective materials, parts or processes and document detailed descriptions of issues, including where, when and what occurred; track and drive NCRs to close out within defined timelines
Document all quality related activities, create quality reports and maintain comprehensive documentation for quality systems


Profile:
Civil engineer studies background (BSc or MSc)
Minimum 5 years of experience as Site, Civil or QC Engineer in the field of geotechnical works
Experience in reinforcing works and reinforcement welding is a plus
Ability to work independently
Ability to communicate fluently in English, both oral and written
