About the role
We need to strengthen our team with an extra person in the QHSE department who will coordinate our quality work on our project establishments on Solna's new subway line. As a quality coordinator, you will be an important cog responsible for maintaining contact with our client, our various disciplines and also external suppliers for control and documentation. The quality coordinator leads and plans the design and construction work of our establishments and controls the implementation of the building and construction project. You will also be responsible for inspections and controls as well as lead weekly rounds, keep checklists and other documentation updated and implemented. Lead the work before customs border crossings and is responsible for the basis for GK3 reviews and preparation of the work.
Your profile
To be successful in the role, you have a relevant university education and at least two years of work experience. We see experience from facilities or construction as important as this is a complex project where many parallel activities will take place at the same time.
As a person, you are social and find it easy to create contacts and collaborate. You are meticulous and structured with a good ability to coordinate, compile and present information in a simple and educational way. Personal qualities are important to us.
We also see that you understand other parts of QHSE work because sustainability and the environment are extremely important to us.
You have a good command of English and Swedish because you will have a lot of contact with clients and authorities, as well as international colleagues in the project. You must also have a B driving license because part of the job is located at different establishments as they are geographically far apart.
