This position reports to Quality & Operational Excellence Manager.
Your responsibilities
Constantly challenging the effectiveness of our own doing and analyzing the results to recognize quality improvement opportunities.
Process owner for product quality assurance. Managing internal and external product quality, involved in daily and long-term activities in local operation in Västerås, feeder factory in Poland and at customer installations in Sweden.
Analyzing, proposing and implementing process improvements.
Leading improvement projects and performing root cause analysis.
Living ABB’s core values of safety and integrity, which means taking responsibility for your own actions while caring for your colleagues and the business.



Your background
B.Sc. or M.Sc. in the relevant field.
Previous work experience from engineering or configuration of switchgear or electrical control equipment is a plus.
Knowledge in mechanical engineering is a plus.
A self-driven and structured mindset, high level of analytic skills and team-player attitude.
Excellent communication and cooperation skills that support you in collaboration with all levels of the organization, as well as suppliers and customers.
Fluency in Swedish and English, written and spoken alike.
