Right now we are looking for a Range Design Leader for our Business Area (BA) Tesec (Textiles & Collections)
 

In this role you will be a part of the Range & Product Design function within Business Area Tesec. Together with colleagues in your function you will contribute to planning and developing a product range fulfilling the needs and dreams of the many people.
You will work in a Range & Product team for the home textiles and rugs businesses where you, together with a group of other leaders, will lead, plan and ensure that the range and products deliver to set objectives and goals in connection to strategies and business plans, throughout the entire lifecycle end to end.

As a Range Design Leader your focus will be both to lead the exploration and building of the future product range and manage the range plan for your assigned area. This plan should contribute to growing the business by creating a complete, relevant and unique offer, at the same time being a cohesive part of the total range offer at IKEA delivering to better homes for the many people. Together with all members of the Range and Product team you will create preconditions for the product development teams to develop better products.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Creating a range plan, ensuring that our tactics and range movements are commercial and lives up to the IKEA vision
Create preconditions for the product development teams by engaging, inspiring and coaching the product developers
Coordinating the range across the total IKEA offer making sure it delivers to a complete better home solution
Transforming trends, knowledge and insights to actions on range level
Securing that the color, pattern and materials we use, delivers to the IKEA identity and direction
