Air France KLM is now looking for a Regional Human Resource Manager for their operations in North Europe. The HR Manager NE is a member of the Management Team North Europe, reports to the General Manager North Europe, and has a functional reporting line to the Area Europe HR Manager based in the head office in Amsterdam/Paris. You will also be part of the European HR team. The regional office for North Europe is located in Solna Strand, where the team and you are working in a modern, bright and activity-based office with a focus on a health-oriented work environment.

Dina arbetsuppgifter i huvudsak
The HR Manager North Europe develops and implements HR strategies and initiatives for North Europe aligned with the overall company business strategy, the company’s HR strategy and the applicable labour laws. The HR Manager NE advises the management team in order to support current and future business needs through staff development, motivation, rewards and benefits to preserve of human capital. The responsibility also includes building and maintaining a trusted relationship with trade unions that supports open dialogue and continuous organizational development. The HR Manager North Europe manages a team of 4 employees.

Vem är du?
We are looking for an HR Manager NE with a master degree or equivalent in experience in Human Resources Management, together with minimum 5 years of experience in HR in preferable an international environment. You have experience in leading a team with a capability to develop, motivate and coach the team to its best. You also have experience working with unions, have affinity with IT tools and systems and are fluent in written and spoken English and Swedish. Ideally even knowledge of Danish and/or Norwegian. We seek a result oriented and energetic person who is open to changes and new approaches in the business. You have a strong capability to build relationships and communicate clearly and persuasively at all levels.
