Requirement Analyst - Stockholm

Assignment Description:
We are looking for a Requirement Analyst who is experienced in working with both agile development teams and in project organizations.

What you'll do:
● Collection, formulation, and analysis of functional requirements that have been documented in the requirements specification for procurement.
● Help prioritize data and functional needs based on user and business management input regarding mission impacts and organizational goals.
● Perform short and long-range planning in support of existing and future requirements to enhance customer systems.
● Reviews and understands system test requirements, integrated testing activities, and results.
● Assist in providing final approval documentation for implementation of IT and functional requirements.
Who you are:
● Documented experience of method for requirements management from at least two previous assignments OR certification according to IREB / REQB.
● Several years of experience working structured with requirements; requirements collection, analysis, degradation, and structuring.
● Have experience working independently and acting as a leader in a technical environment with roadmaps.
● Experience of working with SCADA and OT systems or equivalent from at least 2 previous assignments.
● Ability to coordinate and communicate effectively along a broad spectrum from executive management to support staff.
