Company Description
Range & Product Engineering should create preconditions for range and product development in IKEA, to enable better products at lower costs and faster time to market, as well as maximising the deployments of platforms and standards. Our main focus is to develop tools, ways of working and competence for IKEA to be able to develop even more creative and sustainable engineering solutions with high focus on quality and customers´ expectations. Additionally, we provide IKEA with engineering and specialist competence to support product compliance, which is built on market knowledge, requirements, and verification methods.

Job Description
As Requirement Coordinator you will have a central role and be at the very core when it comes to working with many of the requirement topics, both operational and tactical in nature. You will therefore work in the center of a wide network of contacts and stakeholders in the day-to-day work. You will lead the way forward and act as the main contact person in questions concerning mapping and reporting of potential requirements. This is handled centrally and one of the key tasks is to act as the business owner for the digital reporting platform and support in daily cases as well as following up on the performance and trends. Furthermore you will organise and oversee the structure of the of the year cycle of Requirement governance and secure the schedule is running smoothly over the year.
Additionally, you will:
Contribute to the development of the ways of working with many stakeholders and colleagues across the value chain of IKEA
Be the solution expert of the case reporting database, including yearly trainings on existing and new functions
Publish approved requirements on a regular basis as per the year cycle

Qualifications
We are looking for you who are having a passion of getting things right in a structured way and see good administration as a key for success. You have an eye for finding new ways of working and how to work with both systems and people in a way that supports the organisation even better, in a proactive way. As a person, you are service minded and can handle many different tasks and stakeholders at the same time, when you enjoy taking your own initiatives and responsibility. You are good at leading and driving through others, understanding the business quickly and are good at to analyze, draw conclusions and know how decisions and processes impact the totality.
You have the courage to question and challenge, always with a positive, constructive twist and with the big picture and IKEA values in mind. Furthermore, your communication skills are great, and you are skilled in facilitating meetings and trainings, setting and driving an agenda as well as concluding. You are motivated by building and developing good relations and collaboration with all relevant stakeholders. We work in a global environment with co-workers from all over the world. As a company we are constantly developing which requires the ability to drive change in a complex, fast paced, international environment to achieve outcomes that contribute to the overall. Our corporate language is English, so fluency both verbally and in writing is required.
