Research Coordinator - West / South Asia

This position is open within the policy team of the Global Trust Center's offices in Malmö.Candidates will have experience related to access management, security, federated access and identity management, automated access policy, digital rights management, structured search protocols and trust fabrics in the domain of Information and Communications Technology (ICT).The principle tasks are: - To conduct independent research and report findings to development team.- To write technical and research/academic reports about project outcomes.- For more information about the Global Trust Center, please visit www.globaltrustcenter.org.Requirements Masters Degree in computer science/information technology and/or extensive relevant industry experience.Candidates should have a strong knowledge of the economic, cultural, and geopolitical situation in West / South Asia.Well-developed analytical skills to evaluate the usage of ICT in the region in question.High degree of proficiency in Urdu and English with equivalent skill in written and oral communication.Other international languages are an asset.Ability to work on multiple and complex, competing project requirements simultaneously.Established networks in the relevant fields.Proven capability to implement research and software development priorities in an international context.
