Researcher - Executive Search

Advice Executive Search is a consultancy firm specialized in the recruitment of management and qualified positions for mid-size and large companies.Advice Executive Search is an independent company within the Mercuri Urval group and was established in Sweden eight years ago.We are now opening an office in Helsinki and looking for a Researcher - Executive Search Together with the company's General Manager you will be a key-person in building up the Helsinki office.The role as researcher includes being involved in large parts of the recruitment process; from analysis and specification of the assignment to the identification, location and interviewing of candidates. We are looking for someone with an academic degree, preferably business-oriented and some years experience from Executive Search.You are outgoing and analytical, persistent and organized in your way of working and have a strong interest in business.You speak Finnish and English, knowledge in Swedish is a plus.
