As part of Doori's expansion, Doori is opening a number of additional restaurants in Sweden and therefore recruiting a high caliber restaurant manager who will establish and operate several new restaurants.
The restaurant manager will be involved in all operational aspects of running and managing a successful restaurant from launch, including food preparation, cooking and serving guests.
The candidate will also be responsible for managing the supply chain of food, staff schedules and implementing effective marketing campaigns.
To be successful at this job, the candidate must be hard-working, a proven team player and possess an extraordinary attention to detail. It will also be critical for the candidate to possess a "customer-first" mindset with a strong sense of ownership.
Ideally, the candidate is well-versed with the Korean food culture and familiar with the plethora of Korean food offerings.
