The Swedish office is located in central Gothenburg, where you belong to the Customer Experience department, which consists of 60 employees and 7 teams, of which you are part of one of them. Tasks and responsibilities:

In your role as SCM Customer Experience Partner, you focus on the EDI connections with Key Accounts. This means that you are responsible for proactively identify exceptions and adjusting incorrect orders and error messages that enter automatically into the system. In addition, you make sure to arrange the right route course for customers, to meet the customers' demands on the supply chain and the comprehensive solutions that Maersk has committed to. You take ownership of the process and resolve issues according to guidelines provided. Daily you work in Microsoft Office Suite Applications such as Excel. Furthermore, you support the overall team where applicable by providing ideas for process improvements. Thereto, you collaborate with different parties, such as stakeholders and customers to build long term relationships bot internally and externally.

Education, Experience and Personal characteristics:

• Post-secondary education, merit in logistics
• Fluent in English in both speech and writing, good knowledge of Swedish is meritous
• High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Applications such as Excel
• Work experience in the Transportation Industry
• Work experience of Customer Service

You appreciate creating good contact with customers and solving problems that contribute to satisfied customers. Furthermore, you are motivated by acting as a problem-solver and strive to help your customers in a solution-oriented way. In addition, you take great ownership of your responsibilities, the execution of these and ensure that all are completed in time. You are good at planning, structuring, and prioritizing the right things. Furthermore, you are careful to keep time frames and work until the results are achieved. Finally, you enjoy working in a changing environment and are easy to adapt to new situations. You are flexible in your way of working end enjoy varying tasks.
