Vattenfall AB Sales Nordic offers a broad range of concepts and services within the electricity market.We act on a strongly competitive and dynamic market.Our customers range from major industrial clients and other corporations to retailers, small companies and private customers.We work in line with our ambition to be Number One for the customer, with a strategy to continue to increase the quality for our customers, ensure our competitiveness and be the employer of choice.We have a Nordic organization, and present some 140 staff in all Nordic countries.The department of Innovation is new within Sales Nordic and is responsible for offer development at the Nordic Market within all sales segments.We are responsible for idea generation and evaluation and we manage development projects until market launch in close cooperation with the rest of the organization.We have an exciting challenge in turning customer insights and trends, technological development and market opportunities in to offer ideas and concrete development projects that will delight our customers and add value to the Vattenfall Sales business.Since we are starting up our operations we also have a challenge in building up a high performing and creative team as well as efficient processes and work methods for the department.Job description -Plan, manage and follow up and report performance regarding the total innovation project portfolio -Steering of Innovation /development projects -Develop and manage innovation strategy and processes -Strategic and operational business planning -Development of and support to the team and it s individuals -Represent BU Sales in different Nordic and Group wide / international projects and forums .-Reports to the Head of BU.Qualifications -You have an Academic degree e.g.Business Administration and/ or Engineering -Thorough experience from leading positions within innovation, business and/or product development -An excellent track record regarding project management of complex projects and multi skilled teams -You have excellent skills in English -The ability to speak Swedish, Finnish or German is an advantage -Experience from other branch of business is an advantage.We are looking for a person with You manage, motivate and delegate in order to reach common goals.You coordinate and you create commitment within your team and among other stakeholders.You have a broad perspective and an ability to see possibilities in different situations and developments.You have a positive attitude and strong will to develop yourself, your team and the organization.You are highly customer orientated, have a well developed business sense and a high commercial awareness.You are creative yet have well developed analytical skills.You have a strong drive and performance orientation.During the first year the position is a substitute for Head of Department Innovation.Thereafter it s a permanent position within the department of Innovation.The position is located in Råcksta, Stockholm.At Vattenfall we strive to keep our workplaces drug and alcohol free, which is why we perform pre-employment substance abuse testing.Vattenfall believes diversity leads to development.Therefore we seek a harmonius balance of employees in terms of gender, age, and ethnic and cultural backgrounds.
