Senior Business Analyst Life Science, China Focus

Aneheim Consulting is looking for a Senior Business Analyst China to join our team of consultants in Sweden.


ABOUT ANEHEIM CONSULTING AND THE POSITION
Aneheim Consulting AB is a Swedish company providing leadership consulting services started in 2013. In 2019 a Chinese enterprise, Aneheim Consulting (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. wholly owned by Aneheim Consulting AB was started.
We are now looking to bridge the two businesses by recruiting a Senior Business Analyst China, to be based in Sweden. The candidate will be acting as a link between the two companies and thereby providing business development consulting services to customers both in Sweden and in China, as well as supporting existing consulting assignments in Sweden and elsewhere. Full fluency in both English and Chinese is therefore a must, as well as the required industry experience outlined below. Due to the highly specific nature of our clients in China, the candidate must be able to exhibit an understanding of the relevant industries, as well as the Chinese market specifically.
Our Swedish headquarters are in Stockholm. The position will be based in either Stockholm or Uppsala, with the candidate required to spend a majority of his or her time working together with our team in Sweden.
The position is full-time with an initial duration of one year.

MANDATORY EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS
· Previous experience of business development in an international environment: at least four years
· Previous experience of market research and business analysis within the pharmaceutical sector in China: at least two years
· Previous experience of market research and business analysis within the healthcare sector in China: at least one year
· Previous experience of working in projects: at least one year
· Previous experience in sustainability work
· Total work experience: at least eight years
· Fluency in Chinese (native speaker preferred)
· Fluency in English
· Academic degree on Bachelor level at a minimum

BENEFICIAL EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS
· Previous experience of market research and business analysis within the pharmaceutical sector in India
· Previous experience of business analysis from other sectors than pharmaceuticals and healthcare
· Proficiency in a Scandinavian language or German
· Academic degree on Master level
