senior electronic engineer

teenage engineering is seeking an enthusiastic and skilled electrical engineer to join our team.

this is a position that entails working with projects from concept through to mass production, continually pushing the boundaries utilizing new technologies in our products.

you have significant work experience designing digital audio systems and portable electronics. you also have solid hands on experience in prototype bring-up and debugging, functional and electrical verification.

Required qualifications:
- minimum 5 years experience developing embedded systems.
- self-driven engineer with great initiative.
- good knowledge of high-speed digital & low power designs.
- design, simulation, and verification of mixed signal boards.
- good knowledge of adc/dac and low noise design techniques.
- system level understanding of architectures and trade-offs for performance and cost.
- great experience with altium designer.
- layout of high-speed multi-layer HDI PCBs with fine pitch BGAs.
- proven skills designing products using wi-fi, bluetooth low energy, USB.
- design & synthesis using FPGA's (VHDL, verilog).
- understanding of audio testing and measurements using audio precision.
- strong analytical and problem solving skills with good documentation habits.
