We are now looking for Senior Product Marketing Manager to join our team and drive user activation, retention, and monetization. With over 300 million users on our platform, you’ll play a key role in helping them quickly realize the value of our offering and encouraging long-term usage of Mentimeter.
As a Senior Product Marketing Manager, you’ll have a significant impact on leading key projects and setting an example for the growth of Product Marketing at Mentimeter. You’ll work closely with all product and commercial teams and report to the Director of Product Marketing.
In this role, you’ll be responsible for:
Identifying and leading complex initiatives focused on growth metrics such as activation, retention, PQL, and paid conversion using a variety of marketing tactics
Improving current viral loops and finding new ones to promote increased product usage
Collaborating closely with the Product Department and central Data Team to identify opportunities to increase product usage and market new features
Providing project overviews, progress updates, and results reporting
Using data-driven analysis to develop hypotheses and build an experimentation pipeline to continuously improve activation and retention metrics
Serving as an ambassador for users, markets, and competitors by building a strong understanding and educating the organization on relevant insights and trends
Measuring campaign and tactic delivery and creating reports on core activation and retention metrics and key results
Conducting market research, pre-studies, and experiments to evaluate potential business impact and build business cases

To be successful in this role, you should have:
At least 7+ years of experience in product management or marketing, with at least 3 years of experience as a Product Marketing Manager for software products.
You should be comfortable translating strategy into actionable tasks, have strong project management skills, and be able to prioritize efficiently. We’re looking for a creative, data-driven thinker with excellent problem-solving skills and a passion for providing value to users.
Proven experience in an international B2B SaaS journey (successful or not) is a big plus.

Not required in this role
You don't have to know Swedish (daily work is carried out in English and the Mentimeter team currently consists of over 40 different nationalities!)
