Description

- The client is looking for a 4-7 years experience Project Manager to assist in the APM impact on StepStone
- Plan, organise and execute projects according to the clients decision model and applicable delivery methodology
- Manage dependencies and interfaces between projects and line organization
- Manage time, cost, scope and quality - Define and sequence activities, estimate duration, develop schedule, control progress - Resource planning, estimate costs, set and control budget - Define, verify and perform change control plan, assure and control quality
- Manage communication by planning and distributing relevant information to stakeholders. Perform project reporting
- Identify, mitigate, monitor and control risks
- Manage procurement and vendor relations within project with support from internal purchasing organization and follow up on performance and deliveries from vendor
- Manage stakeholders by identifying stakeholders, planning for stakeholder management and following up on engagement


Mandatory competence and experience:

- Ability to structure, organize and priorities, 4-7 years experience
- Good in multitasking, 4-7 years experience
- Be a self-starter and demonstrate initiative, 4-7 years experience


Preferred competence and experience:

- Good knowledge in ERP (preferable Dynamics) end-to-end project delivery
- Good knowledge of end to end solution management
- Good knowledge of project management and change management
- Good knowledge in how to deliver projects through agile delivery and in a DevOps team setup
- Ability to structure, organize and priorities
