LeanNova Engineering is an engineering service company situated in Trollhättan, Sweden, created in 2012 by former engineers from Saab Automobile AB. Together with our main investor Fouriertransform AB, we are developing the company to compete internationally, mainly focusing on the automotive industry. We offer our customers excellence in development and integration of systems and attributes for complete vehicles. We have since the start-up in February 2012 grown to over 170 employees with a majority of former Saab engineers but also persons with other experiences. We will continue to grow rapidly and we plan to open offices in Shanghai and Gothenburg.


Position description

We are looking for Project Managers, for a costumer located in Gothenburg. In this position you will work in the Program Management team, supporting the Engineering teams and facilitating delivery of critical data to the Program on time, meeting key technical and commercial targets as cost, quality and functionality:
- Driving suggested ideas to and through the Engineering Change process.
- Collation of detail required to support the decision making process.
- Assisting Teams to delivery according to timing schedule.
- Providing a communication path between Development Teams and Program Team .
- Supporting the Program Manager to manage cost & weight, feature & function assumptions etc
- Taking and issuing minutes from various meetings as well as arranging meetings.

You should have a background within any system area related to Powertrain/propulsion, Transmission, Electrical/Electronics, Chassis/Vehicle Dynamics, Climate/HVAC, Body or Interior. You could also have previous job experiance from e.g a Program Manager, PDT Lead, Integration Lead or Team Leader role previously at a OEM or Tier 1 supplier. You shluld be able to demonstrate a balance of technical and commercial awareness.


Skills & Requirements

-Technical Degree/Certificate
- 10yrs Experience working within an OEM
- Fluent in verbal and written English - Chinese is an advantage although not essential
- Competent technical knowledge and experience from project leadership or program execution
- Positive "Can-do" attitude
- Strong planning skills
- Team player
- Excellent communication skills and ability to communicate at all levels.
- Ability to navigate complex issues
