Are you passionate about driving strategic service development for Swedbank’s corporate customers in Sweden?

Business Development within Corporates and Institutions (C&I) provides the Swedish Corporate Business with comprehensive support related to customer strategy, projects and change management, service, process and channel development and coordination of investment needs. As Senior Segment Manager, you are expected to lead service transformation projects consistently with high-quality on time, develop your-self and your team-members to grow new skills and knowledge and successfully manage stakeholders to strengthen Swedbank’s corporate and institutional business.
In Swedbank you have the opportunity to:
- Develop Swedbank’s Swedish corporate business strategically ensuring customer satisfaction in balance with cost to serve via service model and segmentation design incl organisational fit.
- Work with a highly professional and skilled project management team in close collaboration with business managers ensuring one Swedbank experience in Sweden.
- Create high quality customer and employee value by driving strategic service development projects to real life implementation.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure full value realization end to end.
What is needed in this role:
- Strong drive, solid managerial and diplomatic skills.
- Min 10 year project management experience incl. complex processes.
- Banking industry expertise with a deep understanding of corporate/institutional banking customer needs.
- University degree (financial or engineering).
- Excellent skills in Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
- Strong oral and written communication skills in Swedish and English are a must.
- Excellent ability to grasp new concepts and effectively produce results.
- Attention to detail.
