Senior Talent Acquisition Partner within the retail sector.

We are now looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to one of our customers.

Job description:

Preferably located in Stockholm but also OK remote, Tech recruitment experience (Cyber Security, Operations, Cloud Platforms for example)

Assignment period: 10-jul-2023 - 31-dec-2023

Tasks

- Own full life-cycle of all assigned open roles and deliver all the end-to-end recruitment responsibilities expected and detailed for a TA Partner, but with a higher level of expertise, proficiency, quality and independence.

- Manage own workload proactively and align with manager: open requisitions and project-related work.

- Proactively communicate and serve as partner and advisor to hiring managers across the full recruitment process.

- Continuous monitoring of own performance KPIs and Metrics, and definition of action plans accordingly.

- Ongoing learning of tendencies, advances and status of tech within the industry and the organization.

- Partner with leaders of specific parts of the business (e.g: Unit Leads, Area Managers, etc.) and their HRBPs to support in talent planning and forecasting processes as part of business planning cadences and on ad-hoc needs.

- Prepare and provide talent market insights to facilitate talent decision making.

- Collect talent forecasting outputs and aggregate them into the overall recruitment plans of the TA organization.

- Facilitate and support initiation of hiring processes as necessary, serving as main initial point of contact and serving as a bridge towards other TA recruitment teams when necessary.

- Prepare and deliver TA metrics reporting
