Verisure is looking for an IT Service Desk Technician. The role will be part of the Service Desk Team that is responsible for providing support on the corporate IT platform to internal end users within Verisure. The team consists of 11 sites with 17 members in 8 different countries. The role is based in Solna and works across country borders.

The IT Service Desk Technician will be responsible for providing support to users as well as manage innovative projects within End User Services. You will act as a single point of contact for IT related incidents and service requests within the company. You will work closely with the Workplace & Collaboration team to improve and give feedback on the client infrastructure, which means applications in application deployment, security and training in new tools and features.

Responsibilities include:
* Hardware and software troubleshooting.
* Installation and configuration of computers, peripherals such as video conferencing systems and printers.
* Purchase of computers and peripherals
* Administration of Active Directory, Office 365 and other systems.
* Assign and administer access permissions on shared resources.
* Provide IT onboarding sessions for new employees.

You have in-depth knowledge and a passion for IT. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to apply various complex diagnostic techniques to identify problems, investigate causes, and recommend solutions.

Qualifications:
* Hands-on experience in the field of Service Desk.
* Experience working with Active Directory.
* Knowledge about Microsoft 365.
* Working with Microsoft Windows and MacOS. Experience with Linux is a bonus.
* Excellent English skills, both verbally and written. Swedish is an advantage.
