In this role you will execute Service work with low to medium complexity according to work instructions and in accordance with Hitachi ABB Power Grids standard processes, quality standards and safety guidelines. Deliver quality customer service to satisfy customers. In close co-operation with customer and other teams, take actions to identify new Service business opportunities for Hitachi ABB Power Grids.
Your responsibilities
Be responsible for on-site installation and commissioning of medium and high voltage electrical equipment in substations
Perform troubleshooting, preventive, corrective and emergency reparation and maintenance of apparatures in substations (both electrical and mechanical)
Be responsible for upgrading and modifying the product as well as handling special assignments
Apply with Hitachi ABB Power Grids HSE roles and regulations
Be a contact person to the end customer
Find leads to our sales organization
Coordination with the local front-end sales organization

Your background

You hold a university degree in Engineering, and you have some years of work experience
Good skills in the substation segment and knowledge about transmission and distribution products, commissioning, spare parts and service/aftersales
Good knowledge about medium and high voltage equipment including breakers, disconnectors, transformer and measuring devices
Knowledge about relay protection devices (IED) and related electronic equipment
Knowledge about SCADA and RTU system
Competence in configuration of electrical systems and good computer skills
Proficiency in English (spoken and written) is required
Since this position is in Sweden, good Swedish spoken and written is mandatory
