SKF Global Graduate Programme - Sweden
As a Global Graduate at SKF you will have the opportunity to get involved in a wide range of industries, business functions and applications. Together with 40 000 inspirational and motivated SKF colleagues around the world, you can make a lasting difference.
Through the 18 months long Global Graduate Programme, you will get broad experience from various SKF areas and a great opportunity to found a solid international professional network. You will get to know the company through international and cross functional rotations and by working in real projects. Your rotations will be individually designed based on your interests and our business needs. To ensure maximum growth, you will have mentors assigned, supporting you throughout the whole programme.
The introduction and programme gatherings, in which you will get training within several areas (such as leadership, project management and business knowledge), are spent together with the full Global Graduates group. This means that you upon completion of the Global Graduate Programme will have a solid platform to leverage a career within SKF.

Your profile
You have an entrepreneurial and innovative mindset. You actively seek new perspectives and ideas, and have effective communication skills. You are resourceful and curious, with ability to efficiently challenge status quo. You collaborate effectively with people from various backgrounds and cultures, and have a willingness and flexibility to move between different functions. Others would most likely describe you as someone who openly share ideas and as the continuous learner who puts emphasis on own and others growth.

Requirements
• Master’s degree or equivalent within Engineering, Business, Computer Science, IT, Finance, Innovation & Entrepreneurship, Marketing or Communications, in combination with extracurricular activities
• Demonstrated entrepreneurial and innovative mind-set and experience
• International and cross culture experiences from working and/or studying abroad
• Maximum 2 years of working experience after Masters graduation
• English working proficiency, with fluency in Swedish or one other language

Prerequisites
• You will have completed your Masters degree before September 2022
• You are able to start 1st September, 2022, at the latest
• You either have a Swedish citizenship or are eligible for a Swedish work permit
