Job description
Randstad Technologies is now looking for a spanish and english speaking 1st line support for one of our clients. Here you will be part of a friendly team working together to solve end user issues within IT infrastructure and application support. 

You will also be involved in different projects aimed at continuously improving the support and service. Sharing knowledge with colleagues and documenting issues is of course included in the position.

Even though most of the issues come from a ticketing system, being part of the IT team also means helping end users onsite when needed.

On this assignment you have the option to work from home two days a week. Working hours are 8-17, Monday-Friday

This is a long term assignment where you’ll have the opportunity to develop your support skills and build on your consultant career at Randstad.

Responsibilities
Provide first class, first line support to end users and continuously work with improvements.
Actively participate in building and maintaining Knowledge base articles related to the end user support.
Participate in projects when needed.

Qualifications
We are looking for candidates with at least 1 years of 1st line support experience  and at least a high school education, preferably in IT.
We put a lot of emphasis on personal suitability and for this position we are looking for a cooperative, communicative and team focused candidate with a curiosity for IT and technology.
To qualify for this position you need to be fluent in English and Spanish, written and spoken.

Experience
At least 1 year of relevant experience of support.
