Strategic Initiatives Manager

In this role, you will drive Integrated business and operational activities linked to our Services strategy for Parts, Maintenance & Training, assuring constant alignment with the 3 Years Services Category plans, Business Unit operational plans and annual operational plan of Markets.
You furthermore will ensure smooth interaction and collaboration among Product management units and Sales Support Units facilitating the process of Local adaptation and Global Services Product development
What you will do
Coordinate the Parts, Maintenance & Training categories 3 years plan.
Drive a unified Operational plan for the three services categories.
Align Business 3 years and operational Plan with market operational plans.
Align strategic initiatives with other initiatives in Product Management community, Processing and Packaging.
Drive a permanent alignment among Development Teams and Sales Support teams ensuring a correct balance between local adaptation and global development.
The position is based in Lund, Sweden.
Who you are?
To be successful in this role you need to be a committed person with strong personal drive. You are a self-motivated, strong communicator and advanced stakeholder management skills.
You are a proven leader with a background in product and category management as well a consolidated experience acquired in Sales or Operational team in the Markets.
We believe you have a University degree within engineering or equivalent. You have >5 years of experience from working in a packaging and processing industry.
A very good command of English, both written and oral is required.
