Job summary

We are looking for a motivated, hands-on, self-starter with excellent analytical skills who is passionate about using data to help us measure every area of the business and influence decision making. The person in this role will partner with the sales organization to define, land and execute against our strategic priorities for the business. This includes defining and executing growth strategies and initiatives based on business insights, driving annual territory planning, day-to-day execution and in close collaboration with the EMEA central operations team driving the regular quarterly, monthly and weekly rhythm of business, such as Business and Pipeline reviews and forecast.

The successful candidate is expected to act as consultant to business stakeholders and collaborate effectively with internal customers and cross-functional teams. The person in this role will solve business problems based on data-driven insights, implement innovative solutions, install appropriate levels of structure and control, dive deep where necessary and deliver successfully against high standards. This individual will be detail-oriented, analytical with excellent problem-solving skills and must have the ability to communicate effectively across multiple technical and non-technical business units, as well as across other geographies. The person will be an excellent writer, and be able to balanced data driven strategic documents based on inputs from the wider leadership team.
The preferred location for this position is Stockholm.




Key job responsibilities
• Advise Sales Leaders on definition and execution on growth strategies based on business insights.
• Develop key sales support systems/processes required to meet the rapid growth of the business and achieve revenue attainment and market development objectives
• Analyze data and trends and make informed recommendations to the sales teams and managers
• Write compelling strategy documents communicating clear direction with stakeholder alignment
• Manage continuously-evolving forecast models and methodologies, owning the quantitative analysis of the performance of our sales team
• Develop relationships and work with stakeholders to create and refine the tools and processes needed to drive productivity increases.
• Assist Sales Managers in evaluating all aspects of business performance
• Identify reporting issues, gaps in processes, and drive timely resolution
• Prepare ad hoc analysis & participate on projects as needed




A day in the life
Do you have experience leading sales operations and strategy? Are you passionate about writing and can concisely communicate strategy based on data and stakeholder inputs?
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
• 10+ years of professional work experience in Sales Operations, planning, business analysis, strategy, analytics or business intelligence
• Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Computer Science or related field
• Exhibits sound business judgment and strategic thinking
• Ability to conduct sophisticated and creative analysis of complex data and translate results into written business insights with actionable deliverables, messages, and presentations
• Strong analytical skills, and a proven track record of taking ownership, leading data-driven analytics of complex data models, translating results into business insights with actionable deliverables
• Proven experience with the development and implementation of systems/tools
• Self-starter with an ability to learn new tools quickly
• Advanced Excel skills
• Excellent organization skills as well as written and verbal communication skills
• Handles multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
• MBA or Masters Degree in related field
• Experience working within a high-growth, technology company and with cross-functional teams
• Additional language skills
