Substitute teachers needed

Internationella Engelska Skolan is a leading independent school group (friskola), reaching academic results far above average. It was founded in 1993 by Ms. Barbara Bergstrom, a science teacher originally from the US. In 2009, she received the award "Entrepreneur of the year in Sweden".
More than 13 000 students are enrolled in our 22 schools around the country, mainly grades 4-9.

IES is the largest free school organization in "Grundskolan", with six of the ten major free schools in Sweden.

Internationella Engelska Skolan i Halmstad is an independent secondary school with 450 students in grade 4-8, next school year 4-9. The school is located near the Nissan river, and is a short walk from the city center.

Internationella Engelska Skolan has an on going need for several substitute teachers at our school in Halmstad.

It is a plus if you have previous teaching experience, are studying to be a teacher and/or have experience working with children.
In order to work at IES Halmstad, a police clearance is required.

Our classes are in both English and Swedish, so you should be able to communicate in both languages.
